Morning Course | Mondays beginning January 23 – February 20 (11 AM – 2 PM)
Evening Course | Wednesdays beginning January 25 – February 22 (6 PM – 9 PM)

This hands-on course at MAB Studio in Tysons Corner is perfect for current or aspiring bridal makeup artists looking to strengthen their bridal looks. Hairstylists who want to strengthen their makeup services would benefit immensely from this course as well. The course is taught by MAB’s Master bridal makeup artists who work with the top wedding planners and hundreds of luxury brides and clients. Unlike online courses, you will be able to practice your styles and receive real time feedback from the instructor. We will have an exclusive lesson from Ana B who will share her best kept secrets on how to build and grow your Bridal Business. You will learn to take better photos and videos in our beautiful studio and build your makeup portfolio with each finished style. Limited seats available. 

 

You will receive thorough training of the top requested Makeup Looks as follows:

Class 1: Introductions, Class Overview Product and kit review, Presentation & Sanitation, Understanding Color Theory.

Class 2: Natural Bridal Makeup, individual lash application and intro to airbrush. (Work with model)

Class 3: Soft Glam, sultry bronze makeup with a pop of shimmer, understanding lash styles. (Work with model)

Class 4: Glam smokey winged eyeliner and mastering highlighting & contouring. (Work with model)

Class 5: The Business of Beauty – Intro to setting up a successful bridal beauty business with Ana B and curating your portfolio with Karolina. 

Class 6: 1:1 Certificate Test (Work with model). 


You will learn how to:

  • Complete a successful client consultation
  • Use the proper makeup products for various skin types
  • Use the proper tools for various styles
  • How to accentuate your clients features
  • Use traditional foundation and Airbrush
  • How to highlight & contour
  • Finish the look for Instagram worthy photos and long-lasting results 


Upon registering, you will receive an email with a downloadable PDF of the recommended products and tools that we use at MAB. At the end of the course, you will also receive a Certificate of Completion. Please note: the makeup kit is not included. Students are responsible for purchasing and bringing their own kits and a live model.
