Quick Facts: Jessica is a DMV native, born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Alexandria, VA. When she’s not glamming her clients, she can be found drawing, reading, making content or creating new looks with makeup. She loves traveling and trying new foods and is passionate about activism.
Beauty Background: Jessica B. Received her Certification in Makeup Artistry in 2015 at the Gwynn’s Mosby Makeup Academy in Atlanta, GA and also attended the Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School. In 2023 she became one of Danessa Myricks Angels! She is excited to bring her skills to the MAB Artistry team.

Having had little experience with getting my makeup professionally done, I was very nervous about not looking like myself, but they made me and bridal party look absolutely gorgeous! I am so thankful that they worked with us to make sure everything went so smoothly, despite some last minute scheduling issues. The week of the wedding, we realized we needed to add another makeup artist so we could stay on schedule and they worked with us to add a second artist and made sure I could stay as stress free as possible on my wedding day. "I booked MAB for my November 2022 wedding, and I'm so glad I did. Short story: if you're thinking about it, go ahead and hire them. Ana (makeup) and Ester (hair) did an incredible job. They did a trial for both me and my mom to make sure we were on the same page about what we wanted. They even stayed late to let me try one extra hairstyle. The day of the wedding, they showed up prepared and on time and did hair and makeup for a big party (10-ish people) and everyone looked absolutely stunning! My hair and makeup stayed in place all night, which is very impressive because I was dancing pretty much nonstop once the reception started. "

"Working with MAB was a great experience from start to finish! Their office/administrative staff was extremely organized and communicative, and I never had to worry about my appointments, timeline, contract specificities, etc. I was able to flexibly schedule a hair and makeup trial at their beautiful studio, and they made sure to spend lots of time with me talking through what I wanted and then discussing my feedback. I was indecisive about how I wanted to do my hair, and they accommodated me to schedule multiple trials, even just a few weeks before my wedding. I had 11 women getting hair and makeup done for my wedding, and the team arrived early/on-time, worked through everyone efficiently, and made us all feel so relaxed and glamorous on wedding day. They preemptively scheduled in touch-up time in our day-of schedule. I got a ton of compliments on how beautiful everyone's hair and makeup were. These artists are truly the best of the best--so talented and such great judgment about how to make everyone's natural beauty shine through. "
