BH Cosmetics was kind enough to send me a box full of goodies from their line to try. I admit that I hadn’t owned anything from them previously, but my niece let me try her Carli Bybel Highlighter Palette and it really is the bomb.com! My overall impression is that this is a fun brand that caters to the Insta-glam generation! All the products are super budget friendly and the colors are bold and pretty. They do have a several neutral palettes in the mix for the ladies that prefer to play it safe.
